Chicken potato balls

Ingredients:


C
hicken ( bone less ) 1/2 kg
Potato 1/2 kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Bread crumb 1 cup

Egg 2
salt as to taste
Oil for deep frying



















Method:

Boil chicken and boil potato.

After boiling, peel off the skin of potato.

Take a large bowl,boil bone less chicken and potato mash it by the help of your hand.

Add black pepper, red chili and salt and mix every thing properly in it.

Make a small balls.

Dip these chicken potato balls in the bread crumbs.Roll each other ball around until evenly coated.

Then dip chicken potato balls in to the egg mixture.Lastly, dip chicken potato balls in to the bread crumb mixture again.

Put these chicken potato balls in hot wok for deep frying.Cook the chicken potato balls on each side till golden brown.

Remove chicken potato balls from oil and let cool on paper towel.

Then delicious chicken potato balls are ready to eat.Serve with tomato ketchup and chili souse.
