Butter chicken

Ingredients

1 kg boneless chicken
1/2 kg tomato
1 cup fresh yogurt
3 tbsp soft butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander



Method


Marinate chicken in big bowel with yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, black pepper and salt.

Blend tomato in blender.Add this mixture in chicken marinate bowl

Heat oil and add this mixture to the hot oil.

Cook for thirty minutes in a low heat.

After thirty minutes remove from heat and pour in cream.

Garnish with butter and chopped fresh coriander.

Delicious butter chicken ready to eat.
