Delicious mutton biryani

Ingredients

1 kg bone less mutton
1 kg rice
6 green chilly
1 bunch mint leaves
1 bunch coriander leaves
1/4 kg yogurt
1/4 kg oil
2 fried onion
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
3 pepper corns cloves
3 cardamons cloves
10 black pepper
4 bay leaves
salt to taste








Method

Marinate the mutton pieces with yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili ,turmeric powder and salt.

In pressure cooker, heat oil add marinated mutton and cook till done.

Fry pepper corns, cardamons, black pepper and bay leaves in some oil in a separate pan.

Wash the rice and add to the boiling water.remove and drain the rice when half cooked.

Put in half the rice in to the pot place half the marinated mutton on it and cover with a layer of fried onions and add fried pepper corns, cardamons, black pepper and bay leaves.

Repeat the step so that now there are two layers of rice, mutton and onions.

cook more fifteen minutes on low heat and add chopped coriander and mint chopped leaves.

Mix the layers before serving.

spicy mutton biryani is ready to eat.
